Michele Probst
Worth Beauty Company is the brainchild of celebrity makeup artist, cosmetic brand owner and advisor, Michele Probst. With over 30 years championing the cosmetics industry, she felt it was time to give back and focus on helping women her own age. WBC is a true passion project to help other women either side of fifty. “I love to nurture and support women at every level in beauty, life, and business.”
Probst has worked with many famous faces over the years including: Barack Obama, Katie Couric, Stevie Nicks, and Garth Brooks. She is best known for her undetectable cosmetic brand, Menaji Skincare Worldwide, for men that she created from scratch. The recipient of countless entrepreneur; leadership; and businesswomen awards, she is also on the board for several charitable foundations.
Probst’s approach to beauty is always natural and health oriented. WBC allows her to call in all of her “glam squad” professional pals to guide women to looking and feeling beautiful at all ages. Our mission is to assist real women to find simple solutions to all things beauty and lifestyle. “There wasn’t a day that went by where a friend didn’t ask me what to do about a wrinkle, how much some procedure cost, or where to go to the best doctor.” WBC was born then and there.
We celebrate amazing women with real life stories that inspire us with internal beauty and rewards. The bottom line is we as #ESO50 women are WORTH it.

Debbie Zoller

Film and television makeup artist, Debbie Zollar, has worked in the industry for 30 years as a Department Head Makeup Artist and an Executive Board member of Makeup and hairstylist Branch for The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science. She has earned Emmy and Guild Award wins in addition to the 11 Emmy nominations to her list of credits. Her work can be found in iconic movies and television series including: A Star is Born, revival of Twin Peaks, The Return, Pitch Perfect, The Hunger Games, Pirates of the Caribbean, and many more.
In her free time, she enjoys searching for inspiration through travel and giving her time to her non-profit, The Mentors Project ™, a mentoring program that pairs 20 seasoned, award winning, makeup artists with 20 non-union, aspiring, global Makeup Artists
Lori Zabka

Lori Zabka is a double Certified Nutrition Coach, a Women’s Fitness Specialist, and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with a passion for helping other busy women achieve their desired health and fitness goals. Through extensive work with a functional medicine doctor, she radically changed her health. Finding ways to stay healthy, fit, and committed was a challenge. However, during the continual quest for quick and easy ways to stay healthy, her ultimate passion for nutrition and fitness was born.
After getting certified in both fitness and nutrition, she knew she wanted to help women realize it’s never too late to THRIVE in the midst of life’s busyness, barriers, and obstacles! So, she created her wellness brand, “Life by Lori Z,” as well as her online coaching program, “Build U.” , and for the past 15 years, she has found great joy in coaching busy women: creating habits, shaping bodies, and changing lives.

Gina has been a fashion enthusiast since she can remember. Her love of all-things-fashion started in high school, where she was named “best dressed”. She modeled during college, including fashion shows for local boutiques and sporting goods brands like Head Tennis and Rossignal Skis. During the summers she taught young teen girls how to walk the runway, as a means of building confidence and self assurance. While she holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising & Retailing, life had other plans, she moved to Boston, MA and turned to marketing where she has held professional positions for over 30 years. But her passion and interest in fashion never stopped.
She believes that style is about knowing ourselves and expressing who we are through fashion. A proponent of #agelessstyle she approaches shopping with an open mind and never says “I am too old to wear that”. She started her IG account @ginamkstyle in 2019 and her sophisticated yet edgy, colorful style has landed her appearances in Women & Home Magazine UK as well as an interview with Heyday Magazine (Germany) and mentions in numerous influencer blogs and brand newsletters.
